Common issues and how to resolve them.

The agent is not starting

Check your internet connection. The agent requires connectivity to our cloud infrastructure. Restart the app if the issue persists.

Agent seems stuck on a page

Some pages with heavy JavaScript may take longer to load. Try pausing and manually navigating past the stuck point, then hand back to the agent.

Login credentials are not filling

Verify that credentials are saved in your OS keychain. The agent reads from the system credential store.

Task results seem incomplete

Try breaking large tasks into smaller, more specific steps. The agent performs better with clear, focused instructions.

App won't update

Check that your firewall allows connections to our update server. Try downloading the latest version manually from the download page.

High memory usage

Close unused tabs. The agent caches page state for active tabs. Reducing the number of open tabs will free memory.
